MLHP

Beyond 3DVC(3D Vapor Chambers) and liquid cold plates, is there another technology path for GPU cooling? The answer is yes: MLHP.

So, what is MLHP?

MLHP is a new thermal management approach evolved from LHP specifically for high-power, high-heat-flux chip cooling applications. LHP, originally developed for aerospace thermal control, offers major advantages including high heat transfer capacity, long-distance heat transport, two-phase heat exchange, and passive operation with no additional power consumption.

MLHP (m-LHP, multi-LHP) takes this concept further by running multiple LHP units in parallel. This enables a heat transfer capacity of up to 2 kW and a heat flux of 200 W/cm², meeting the cooling demands of next-generation GPUs.
